On all highway sections, modern Traffic Management Centers are operated by UTS LLC on a 24-hour and 365-day basis ensuring traffic management and safety.
Through a dedicated Automated Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) the traffic management center operators control and manage all events on the motorway.
They gather all flows of information from closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV), emergency road terminal (ERT), emergency numbers, users, Traffic Safety Inspectors and State authorities’ calls, but also with traffic counter and information from weather stations. Therefore the operator of Traffic Management Center, if necessary, can help the road user: call an ambulance, emergency services, Traffic Safety Inspector, etc.Based on an event they implement a predefined action plan in order to promptly respond including the activation of user's information through variable message signs (VMS).
If necessary, our operators will send Traffic Safety Inspectors, the Recovery and Evacuation Services, emergency services, etc. to road users.
