From May 1 to May 11, almost 4 million passes were recorded on sections of toll roads operated by UTS. Most of them — 77% — are passenger cars, and the remaining 23% are trucks.
In 2024, there were more rest days, then from April 27 to May 10, we counted about 4.7 million trips. However, the average daily number of passes has become slightly higher: 357 thousand passes in 2025 against 336 thousand in 2024.
At the same time, non-cash payments are steadily increasing in 2025:

60% of all trips are paid for using a transponder;

33% — by bank card;

And only 7% by cash and benefits.
M4 Don road is confidently leading in traffic — more than 2.8 million passes. Most often, drivers here chose a transponder (60%), and only 31% used a bank card.
Drivers have similar preferences on M11 Neva highway. Of the 790 618 passes, 60% were transponder payments, and 33% were bank card payments.
The situation on M3 Ukraine is somewhat different. A total of 334 thousand trips were made during the May holidays. Almost half of them — 46% — were paid by bank card, which makes M3 "Ukraine" the leader in this payment method. But the transponder proved to be no less popular — it was used in 44% of cases.
It is worth noting that every year the transponder as a whole continues to be used more and more often. UTS, in turn, is improving its infrastructure and services to make travel convenient at any time of the year, especially during peak periods.
