Tariffs for travel on M3 Ukraine, M4 Don and M11 Neva change

February 22, 2023, new tariffs are introduced for travel on toll sections of M3 Ukraine, M4 Don and M11 Neva (from 58 to 149 km and from 208 to 684 km) highways.
