M11 Neva and M4 switch to winter speed limit

Since October 28, the increased speed limit introduced for the summer period has been canceled on toll sections of the M-11 Neva and M-4 Don highways.

Owners of cars and trucks with a permitted maximum weight of no more than 3.5 tons will now be able to speed up to 110 km/h on M11 highway and on some sections of M4 highway. On the section from 296 km to 322 km on the bypass of the city of Yefremov in the Tula region the maximum permitted speed is 90 km/h.
 
In order to ensure road safety, the restrictions will remain in place until April 13, 2025 inclusive.
