On December 28, 2023, the first launch complex for bypassing Tver was opened. The length of the new road site is 34 km. Now motorists traveling from St. Petersburg in the direction of Bezhetsk or Yaroslavl cities will be able to bypass Tver. And in 2024, after the opening of the second launch complex for bypassing Tver, traffic on M11 Neva will become through at all, which means that it will be carried out without an exit to the neighboring M10 Rossia highway.
