UTS signed the new operator agreement with "Russian Highways" State Company
UTS signed an operator agreement with "Russian Highways" State Company for the toll operation of M4 "Don" highway on the section from 225 to 633 km.
According to the new operator agreement, UTS will provide services for the maintenance of toll collection systems and automatic traffic control system, as well as collect tolls and provide Traffic Safety Inspector services. The agreement will be valid until 2030.
