Almost 29 000 drivers received help from UTS Traffic Safety Inspectors

During the first 11 months of 2018, the Traffic Safety Inspectors from United Toll Systems (UTS) LLC recorded 28 314 incidents on toll roads.  Among them, 2 102 incidents occurred on M3 Ukraine Highway, 15 725 – on M4 Don Highway and 10 487  on M11 Moscow-St. Petersburg Highways. 

From January to November 2018 drivers mostly asked Traffic Safety Inspectors for help because of vehicle breakdowns (14 794 times), and also because of running out of petrol (7 596 times).

We would like to remind you that on the toll section of the roads operated by UTS, in case of emergency drivers can call for Traffic Safety Inspectors Service. The inspectors will help road users free of charge. Traffic Safety Inspector vehicles are equipped with: a first-aid kit, tools, two fire extinguishers, LED signs, a flashlight for use at night, and other necessary tools.

From 1 December 2018, the toll roads on M3 Ukraine Highway (from km 124 to 194) and Highway M4 Don (from km 225 to 633) introduced the *2033 and *2044 emergency short numbers. Highway M-11 Moscow - Saint Petersburg also has its own emergency short number: *2011.
