The speed limit on M4 Don and M11 Neva is decreasing

From November 7, on the sections M4 Don (from 296 to 322 km and from 517 to 544 km) and M11 Neva (from 59 to 149 km and from 208 to 543 km) highways operated by UTS, the increased speed limit is canceled. The 110 km/h limit is intriduced due to the approach of the winter season and will be valid until April 14, 2024.

Be careful when driving and observe the speed limit as well as traffic rules.
