Winter speed limit for M4 and M11
From November 1, the winter speed limit is introduced on the toll sites of M4 Don and M11 Neva highways. It means that now on sections from 517 to 544 km of M4, as well as from 59 to 146 km and from 210 to 680 km of M11 all cars and trucks weighing up to 3.5 tons are allowed to move at a speed not exceeding 110 km/h.
Such a speed limit will be effective until April 2023.
