As in 2018 the majority of requests within the period from January up to December 2019 concerned vehicles breakdowns (20,7 thousand calls), lack of fuel (7,8 thousand calls) and traffic accidents (4,7 thousand calls).
The general number of requests for TSI help has increased by 7 thousand times in 2019 in comparison with 2018.

“People tend to call for TSI help more often as the level of locals awareness on free emergency service grows. Many drivers, passing by the traffic accident on the road, inform our operators and consequently help us to make an immediate response. The number of requests also increased due to the commissioning of several new road sections in 2019”, - explained the data UTS First Deputy General Director, Oleg Trofimov.

We remind you that UTS emergency service on toll highways is available at the following phone numbers: *2033 – on M3 Ukraine, *2044 – on M4 Don and *2011 – on M11 Neva (Moscow – Saint Petersburg). Traffic Safety Inspectors will help in any situation on the road where the driver needs an immediate response.
