From June 15 to July 15, 2023, 770,954 cars drove along the toll section of M-4, bypassing the city of Aksai in the Rostov Region. Among them 81% are light vehicles, and 19%, respectively, heavy vehicles.

According to UTS internal statistics, most of the traffic was in the direction from Moscow (55% of the traffic). Most often, drivers paid for travel with a bank card (45% of all payments) and a transponder (43% of all payments), the rest, in the old fashioned way, in cash.
