Mobile fast medical help stations appeared on the road M11 Neva in several regions at once. Medical stations are located in administrative buildings at toll plazas in order to quickly get to the scene of an accident if necessary and help the victims.
According to UTS internal statistics, in 2023 the average response time of an ambulance on M11 was 28 minutes, while the UTS Traffic Safety Inspectors arrived at the scene of an accident within an average of 15 minutes. Several times a year, UTS TSI undergo special training at emergency medical centers to know how to help victims before the doctors' arrival. However, only doctors can provide full qualified assistance, so it is very important that they come to the scene of an accident as quickly as possible.
