Change of tariffs on M3, M4 and M11 Highways

Since April 15, 2019 the passage conditions on toll Highways M3 “Ukraine”, M4 “Don” and M11 “Moscow – Saint-Petersburg” at km 58 – km 149 and km 208 – km 543 will be changed, i.e. the tariffs, discounts and rules for transponder use are going to be adjusted. 

Regarding М3 “Ukraine” Highway:
• The tariffs for vehicles of category 1 will be increased with regard to passages on Fridays and at weekends, on holidays and holiday eves (April 30, May 1-2, 8-9 and December 30-31); 
• A new tariff will be applied to transponder owners, exception is “T-Pass”. Now, while passing TPs with the use of transponders, the user will be charged the amount established for payments with cash or cards; 
• The effective period for day tariffs will be changed with regard to all vehicle categories. Within the period up to October 13, 2019 the effective period will be enlarged by 1 hour from 6:00 till 24:00. Starting from October 14, 2019, the effective period will turn back to the previous mode. 

Regarding M4 “Don” Highway:
• The adjusted tariffs will be established; 
• A new tariff will be applied to transponder owners, exception is “T-Pass”. Now while passing TPs with the use of transponders, the user will be charged the amount established for payments with cash or cards;
• Seasonal tariffs will be applied to vehicles of categories 1 and 2 within the period till October 13, 2019. Starting from October 14 the indexed tariffs will become effective.

At toll sites km 58 – km 149 and km 208 – km 543 on the Highway M11 “Moscow – Saint-Petersburg”: 
• The amount of cumulative discounts will be changed for vehicles of categories 3 and 4, using “T-Pass”;
• Seasonal tariffs will be applied to vehicles of categories 1 and 2 within the period till October 13, 2019; 
• The rules for discount application, including cumulative discounts, will be changed for the transponder users. Within the period till October 13, 2019 they will be applied to seasonal tariffs.
