All employees who can perform their duties at home have already been transferred to a remote work format. UTS gives clear instruction to all employees involved in the deliverance of our services. Each employee has personal sanitizers, a set of masks and gloves. A thorough daily disinfection is carried out in all workrooms and on main parts of toll equipment with clients contacts.
From our side we are doing our best to ensure that you can travel as safely as possible. However, we ask for your assistance. Please limit your visits to the points of sales, if possible. You can always use your personal account to replenish the transponder balance, check your account, connect the necessary services remotely.
We also urge you to use non-contact ways of payment (i.e. pay for travel using a transponder or bank card) in order to avoid the possible spread of infection through banknotes.
